Geraldine Fleming, a Chartered Quantity Surveyor, has worked in the construction industry for over 25 years, specialising in dispute resolution for the last 20.
She has vast experience of, and has worked with, a range of contracts and sub-contracts including standard and non-standard forms and regularly drafts and comments on such contracts.
Geraldine has written numerous articles for publications, such as the AIS magazine, Builder and Engineer, and Confederation of Construction Specialists. One of her articles was also recently referred to in a government report on retentions.
She is an accomplished speaker and has given numerous seminars and more recently webinars to many professional and trade associations and also to individual companies on an in-house basis.
