Raymond has over 25 years of experience in the design and construction of major infrastructure projects. He is currently executive director of AECOM Asia Company Limited. He was graduated from the University of Hong Kong. He obtained bachelor of Civil and Structural Engineering in 1999 and bachelor of Law in 2003.
As well as being a fellow of CIHT and chair of CIHT Hong Kong, Raymond is corporate member of Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (HKIE) and Engineers Australia (IEAust), accredited NEC ECC Project Manager and mentor for the HKUEAA mentorship programme.
Alan has over 29 years of experience in civil engineering and infra-structure projects in Hong Kong. He graduated from University of Toronto in 1995. He also obtained his MBA and MSc from University of Newcastle and University of Hong Kong respectively.
He is currently a Fellow member of Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (HKIE), Corporate member of Institution of Civil Engineers, and Committee member of HKIE Civil Division.
Mark is a Senior Resident Engineer of Ove Arup and Partners (HK) Ltd. with over 23 years of experience in the planning, design, management, contract administration and supervision of civil engineering, highway, sewage treatment and infrastructure projects, as well as integrated casino resorts, having worked on a number of major projects in Hong Kong, Macau and UK.
He is currently responsible for the overall Master Programme for the HK$ 42.36 Billion, Central Kowloon Route Project connecting the West Kowloon reclamation and the proposed Kai Tak Development to relieve the existing and future traffic congestion on the existing east-west roads across Central Kowloon.
Alan is a Technical Director in Aurecon Hong Kong Limited with over 30 years’ project management experience in highways and transportation infrastructure projects from inception, planning and engineering study, design, procurement to construction administration and supervision.
Alan has been responsible for several medium to large scale projects in Hong Kong, China and United Kingdom.
Simon is currently the Director of Mannings (Asia) Consultants Limited. In the past years, he has been involved in design and construction of wide spectrum of public and private projects in infrastructures, highways and civil aspects.
Mr. CHAN is now responsible for planning, design and construction of the Smart & Green Mass Transit System in Hung Shui Kiu/Ha Tsuen NDA, Universal Accessibility Programme (UAP) and Hillside Escalator Links and Elevator Systems (HEL) projects, Design and Build for Kai Tak Development Stage 4, term consultancy of Airport Authority, DSD drainage improvement projects in North District and other building and A&A works. Mr. CHAN’s vision is to enhance the connectivity of public society with civil engineering bodies to ensure harmonized city development.
After graduating, Pat started his career in Meinhardt Infrastructure and Environment Limited (formerly Mouchel Asia Limited) as a graduate engineer in early 2002 and has been a member of CIHT since 2007.
During these years, Pat has been involved in many different scales of civil and highway projects in Hong Kong including the investigation stage of Central Kowloon Route and widening of Gascoigne Road Flyover, the design stage of Rehabilitation of Ping Yuen River, and the construction of widening of Castle Peak Road, retrofitting of noise barrier at Fanling Highway, Yuen Wah Street Pedestrian Linkage, Trunk Road T2 and the infrastructure works at Former South Apron at Kai Tak area.
Currently, Pat is working as a Senior Resident Engineer for Trunk Road T2 project to supervise the construction works. Simultaneously, he is also delegated as the Engineer’s Representative for Trunk Road T2 advance contract to carry out the contract finalization works and appointed as a Supervisor’s delegate to supervise the construction of landscaped elevated walkway to the New Acute Hospital.
Martin is a Technical Director of AECOM Asia Company Limited. He possesses a wealth of experience in Traffic Engineering and Transport Planning, accumulating over 17 years in the field. His expertise spans a diverse range of areas, including various traffic and pedestrian planning and engineering studies, road and transport infrastructure design.
Martin has played an active role in traffic engineering design, and his leadership has been instrumental in introducing innovative traffic management concepts, such as Smart City initiatives, to numerous large-scale development and infrastructure projects in Hong Kong. Noteworthy projects he has contributed to include the First Phase Development of the New Territories North – San Tin / Lok Ma Chau Development Node, Tung Chung New Town Extension (East), Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge, Hong Kong Boundary Crossing Facilities (Superstructures and Infrastructures), and West Kowloon Cultural District.
Paul is a Senior Engineer in AECOM with over 14 years' experience in traffic engineering and transport planning and had participated in a wide variety of traffic and transport related projects in Mainland China, Hong Kong and Macau.
Paul has strong experience in master layout planning for large scale private mixed-use developments including retail, office, hotel, residential, service apartment, school. He also has strong technical background in multi-storey car park and PTI layout design, traffic impact assessment, general building plans, pedestrian study, temporary traffic management.
Luna YU is a Project Engineer in Ove Arup & Partners, bringing over 10 years of experience in conducting traffic and transport studies as well as the review, design and implementation of Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS).
Luna has played a key role in numerous large-scale infrastructure projects in Hong Kong, Singapore and Mainland China. She excels in the detailed design and implementation of Traffic Control and Surveillance Systems (TCSSs), which facilitate the efficient and effective traffic operation and incident management in control areas and on strategic routes. She is also adept at project management, strategic transport planning, construction supervision and traffic engineering works.
Jacky YEUNG is an Executive Director, Highways and Transportation at Aurecon, with 30 years of experience in Highways and Transport in Hong Kong, mainland China, Southeast Asia and overseas, including over 15 years being the Head of Traffic and Transport at Atkins.
Jacky has very strong and practical experience in project management and undertaking various scales of transport studies and engineering design for transportation infrastructure projects, including planning, design and implementation of railway, highways, public transport, cycling and pedestrian infrastructures.
Dr Sze has over 20 years of experience in research and teaching in Hong Kong, New Zealand and the Netherlands. He delivered various levels of lectures of civil and transportation engineering related subjects. Dr Sze's research interests are traffic safety, driver behavior, and transport policy. He is now an Associate Professor at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
Raymond has been a structural engineer, a civil engineer and a project manager in public works in Hong Kong for over 35 years. He has worked in various sectors, including the government, Airport Authority, the consultant and the contractor.
Raymond was involved in a variety of public works, including building facilities, drainage, highways projects, and airport development.
Currently, Raymond is working as resident site staff in the Central Kowloon Route project of Highways Department, Hong Kong.
Dr. Wong is a Chartered Engineer with over 15 years' experience in both practical and academic sectors. He is now a Lecturer in Department of Civil Engineering, The University of Hong Kong.
Mr. Terence is a Senior Engineer in Mott Macdonald Limited with over 16 years' experience in civil and structural engineering projects with diverse responsibilities. These include airport concept and detailed design working on a range of major international hubs such as Hong Kong and Macau Airport as well as smaller regional airports.
Areas of expertise include airport masterplan and detailed design and construction monitoring. He has played a key role in a wide range of highways and transportation projects in Hong Kong, Macau and United Kingdom.
Rock has over 15 years experience in design & construction in mega infrastructure projects, which cover tunneling, deep excavation, site formation, foundation, waterpark construction, airport development construction and MTR development construction.
George is a Technical Director of SYSTRA MVA, with over 20 years of experience. His expertise spans a wide range of areas in traffic engineering and transport planning including traffic impact assessment, pedestrian analysis, traffic engineering design, temporary traffic management, and public transport planning.
Throughout his career, George has successfully managed numerous major studies for both public and private sectors in Hong Kong, providing professional advices from feasibility study, conceptual design, detailed design to implementation.
Jessica is a Technical Director in WSP (Asia) Limited. She has over 20 years of experience in traffic engineering and transport planning in Hong Kong, Macau, China and Australia.
She has been involved in large scale of government infrastructure and private development projects. Another attribute in Jessica’s strong competence is her valuable experience in public consultation/ engagement.
Nicole is a Technical Director and is the Head of Traffic and Transport at AtkinsRéalis, with over 28 years of experience in transport planning, traffic engineering and road safety audits in Hong Kong, mainland China and Macau.
Nicole has been the Project Manager and technical lead for a wide range of multi-disciplinary projects covering infrastructures works, highways, railways, utilities, development feasibility and design projects. Her range of experience is diverse and covers major aspects of transportation planning and design including traffic and pedestrian management, transport modelling, public transport, cycling and shared path facilities. More recently, Nicole has been focusing on carrying out Road Safety Audits as a qualified RSA Team Leader for a variety of road schemes located throughout the territory.
Jonathan is a Technical Director of Meinhardt Infrastructure and Environment and has over 25 years’ experience in transportation engineering and management involving the use of both temporary and permanent traffic schemes designs and traffic engineering with use of Strategic Transport Model, Local Area Transport Model & Pedestrian Model. He is also experienced in highway, road, drainage and pavement design to maintain the driving environment safety.
Reus is a Transport Planner with over 7 years of experience in traffic impact assessments, internal transport facilities detail design, intelligent transport planning, traffic survey and temporary traffic management in Hong Kong and Mainland.
He has worked closely and coordinate with client and various government departments for different submissions including traffic impact assessment study, junction & road design, temporary traffic management scheme.
He also participates on numerous traffic survey focus projects. With great knowledge on survey planning, manpower coordination, budget control, data validation and operation management.
Alice is a Senior Engineer of AECOM Asia Company Limited. She has over 13 years' of experience in traffic engineering and transport planning and has been involved with projects including the First Phase Development of the New Territories North – San Tin / Lok Ma Chau Development Node, West Kowloon Cultural District, and Trunk Road T2.
Jason is currently a Senior Engineer in AECOM Asia Company Limited. He has over 9 years of experience in project management, infrastructure design, contract administration and site supervision of mega scale land supply, infrastructures and highways projects in Hong Kong.
Jason’s major experience in Hong Kong includes Development of Kwu Tung North and Fanling North New Development Area Phase 1 project, Tsueng Kwan O – Lam Tin Tunnel, Liantang / Heung Yuen Wai Boundary Control Point Contract 3, Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge – Hong Kong Boundary Crossing Facilities (HKBCF), MTR Express Rail Link (XRL).
Man is current Project Engineer in AECOM with over 10 years’ experience in traffic engineering. He has been involved in various projects for Hong Kong Government and private developers, highway infrastructure, survey and transport analysis, traffic engineering design and Road Safety Audit (RSA).
Alex MA is a Chartered Engineer with over 10 years of experience in modelling and traffic engineering projects of public and private sector projects acquired in Hong Kong, Macau & Mainland China, and has contributed to development of the Base District Traffic Models (BDTMs) for Hong Kong.
Wilson Chan is a Railway Engineer at Ove Arup & Partners (HK) Ltd, with over four years of experience in Civil and Systems Engineering across Hong Kong and the UK. Throughout his career, he has worked on various projects involving infrastructure design, systems review, model-based systems engineering, and site supervision.
Osmond is a Traffic Engineer with over 6 years of experience in traffic engineering and transport planning. He has extensive experience including traffic & transport impact assessment for public and private sectors, traffic modelling, highway infrastructure design, PTI & carpark layout design and temporary traffic management planning.
Wilson has over 4 years of experience in traffic engineering and modelling. He has participated in a variety of projects, including transport planning for New Development Areas (NDA), and has contributed to development of the decennial Comprehensive Transport Study (CTS) Model for Hong Kong.
Alvan is a Chartered Engineer at Arup with over 6 years experience in a wide spectrum of transportation planning, smart & sustainable transport strategy, and traffic engineering projects.
Owen is a Senior Site Engineer in Wing Hing Construction Co., Ltd with 7 years of experience. He has proven expertise in a range of critical areas, including Road Maintenance and Improvement works, as well as Airport Construction and Modification Works.
Rachel is a Graduate Civil Engineer from Mannings Asia with two years of valuable experience in the field of civil engineering, contributing her knowledge to various civil engineering projects.
Elsen Cheung is a Traffic Engineer in SYSTRA MVA with over 5 years’ experience in traffic engineering and transport planning and had participated in a wide variety of traffic and transport related projects.
Tillie has over 5 years of experience in traffic engineering and transport planning acquired in Hong Kong and Mainland China. She has been involved in various cross-boundary, NDA and highway infrastructure projects, gaining extensive experience including strategy planning, traffic impact assessment and road alignment design.
Yoyo is a Graduate Traffic Engineer in SYSTRA MVA with 2 years of experience in traffic engineering and transport planning for variety of traffic and transport related projects.
Judy has over 4 years experience in various transportation planning and engineering projects. Her experience includes involvement in public transport projects, strategic planning, as well as NDA and highway infrastructure projects in Hong Kong and Southeast Asia.
Ka Ming is studying civil engineering in UST and is a committee member of the civil and environmental students' society.
Annie is a year 2 student studying Civil Engineering in The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. She is thrilled to bring her passion as the new student representative of CIHT Hong Kong.
Kobe is studying Civil Engineering at the City University of Hong Kong. In addition to his role as a student representative, he is also the general secretary of The 38th Executive Committee Of The Building and Construction Society City University Of Hong Kong Students’ Union.
Priscilla is a year 3 student studying Civil engineering at Hong Kong Chu Hau College. She had been working in Highways Department (Major Works Project Managment) as a vacation trainee of the project, Central Kowloon Route - Building, Electrical & Mechanical Works.
Alex is a third-year civil engineering student at the Technological and Higher Education Institute of Hong Kong (THEi). He currently serves as the chairperson of his institution's students’ union. In this capacity, Alex actively promotes the civil engineering industry.
Ricky is a driven year 3 student studying Civil and Environmental Engineering at HKMU. Currently interning at MTRC in the Infrastructure Maintenance Department - High-Speed Rail, Ricky gains practical experience in Permanent Way & Civil Engineering Workflow Management.
Additionally, as a Helper and Facilitator for ICE HKA G&S, Ricky contributes to organizing events such as the ICE HKA G&S Model Building Competition and the Shaping Our Future City event. His achievements include being the 1st Runner-up in the CIC BIM Competition 2024 and receiving the ICE HKA G&S Outstanding Helper Award. Ricky's upcoming role as the Chairman of the HKIE student chapter of HKMU further showcases his leadership potential. As the newly appointed Student Representative of CIHT Hong Kong, Ricky's dedication and expertise will contribute to the advancement of the transportation sector.
Anson is currently a student pursuing civil engineering at the University of Hong Kong. He is also the external vice-chairperson of Civil Engineering Society at HKU.
