This grade is available to those with a minimum of three years’ experience of working in highways and transportation.

To ensure the online application process is as efficient as possible you will be asked to provide the following supporting evidence as part of your application:
The proposer and seconder should be Members or Fellows of CIHT or a recognised professional body in a related sector.
Your proposer and seconder must have consented for CIHT to contact them about your application.

If you are applying for Associate, Member or Fellow grade then you must have a Proposer and a Seconder to sign your application form.
The Proposer and Seconder must be Members or Fellows of CIHT or another recognised professional body.

If you do not live in the UK, your Proposer and Seconder can be members of an equivalent professional body in the country in which you reside.

CSCS Professionally qualified person card
CIHT Members (MCIHT) are automatically eligible to apply for a CSCS Professionally qualified person card. All applicants must pass the CITB Managers and Professionals Health, Safety and Environment Test or the alternative CIC Health and Safety Test.
