This event is online.
Michael Barratt, Construction Advisory & Innovations Manager from Transport for London’s Network Management and Resilience Directorate, will present how experiential learning offers a new perspective to improve accessibility for vulnerable users during construction works by gaining direct feedback from underrepresented groups, as required by the Public Sector Equality Duty, under the Equality Act 2010. Mike advises construction companies on the impact of their works on members of society with physical, visual, hearing needs, neurodivergent people or those with learning disabilities.
