The CIHT Annual Luncheon is the largest event in the CIHT calendar. It is the prefect opportunity for CIHT Members to invite their valued guests to a grand event and network with other members and professionals in the industry
Waiting lists are a way for you to be notified if more tickets become available, however, this is not guaranteed.
By signing up, there is no certainty that you will have access to registering for the event. If more tickets become available you will be notified amongst others who have joined the list. Registering is on a first come first serve basis.

Once your booking for the CIHT Annual Luncheon 2024 and payment have been approved by CIHT, you will be sent a guest list spreadsheet. Please fill this in with the requested information listed to ensure the CIHT Events Team are aware of your table plan and any guest requirements so that we can relay this information to the hotel.
The deadline for submitting this information to CIHT is 10:00 on 17 November 2024 and is to be sent to conferences@ciht.org.uk. Any information submitted after this deadline may not be reflected in the seating plan and any special dietary requirements may not be met to by the hotel.
Grosvenor House Hotel offers a service which allows you the opportunity to entertain your guests prior to the Luncheon either by booking a smaller hosted bar in the Ballroom with other companies, or alternatively you can hire a private suite. All hosted bars should be booked by 1st December.
