GoToWebinar: This webinar, a joint NI event between CIHT, CILT and the Transport Planning Society (TPS), will look at current working examples of cargo bike use and explore how we can make it easier and more practical for firms and organisations to use cargo bikes.
What is a cargo bike? Where does it fit in to logistics and deliveries systems?
What are its advantages? What can we do to make it easier and more practical for firms and organisations to use cargo bikes?
How soon can we get more cargo bikes on the roads?
Throughout this session, we will hear about current working examples of cargo bike use.
Our speaker, Richard Armitage will present for part of the webinar with an opportunity for a short Q&A session. This will then be followed by a presentation from our next speaker, Ian Richardson, which will also leave time for a Q&A session at the end.
This is a joint NI event between CIHT, CILT and the Transport Planning Society.
This webinar will be of particular interest to transport and town planners, logistics specialists, local authorities, central government, policy makers, as well as transport decarbonisation and climate mitigation specialists.
