In recent years, interest in artificial intelligence (AI) has surged with many applications and solutions being developed and used within the highways and transportation sector. Whilst companies including startups have invested heavily in this space there remains a lack of clarity as to the benefits and uses of AI.
Therefore, we will try and ‘demystify’ what AI means for the highways and transportation sector by hearing from sector specialist about:
Amid all the hype and lack of clarity we need to ensure that we really understand what AI really is, where it is heading and how as a sector we embrace it.
This conference will be of interest to all working across the highways and transportation sector.
Programme information can be found under the 'Programme and Speakers' tab above.
The conference will be held at the Fielder Centre, Hatfield Business Park, Hatfield, Herts, AL10 9TP. Please see the University of Hertfordshire for more information.
