This year we’ve got a new quiz venue! Station East is located on the south side of the River Tyne in Gateshead at the end of the Tyne and High-Level Bridges just ten minutes’ walk across the river from Newcastle city centre. Station East is a quirky space incorporating beautiful natural stonework that had previously been hidden for many years, and brings into use railway arches at the back of the pub. Stonework and steel give a natural, unpretentious industrial feel creating an atmospheric setting and drinks space, with a wide selection of real ales and craft beers to be enjoyed.
Contact us if you would like to be added to the reserve list and if teams pull out, we’ll let you know.
If you have registered a team and you can no longer make it, please let us know in advance so that we can give other teams the opportunity to enter.
Get a team of up to six together to battle it out on quiz and picture rounds, and the famous dingbats. It's also a great chance for some friendly rivalry and networking.
Price of admission is £8 per person, which includes a hot buffet supper that is scheduled to occur from 19:30.
If you haven’t already paid your admission online, we can collect your entry money on the evening.
This is one of the social highlights of the branch calendar and is always well attended.
