The Society of Road Safety Auditors (SoRSA) are pleased to announce our annual workshop, annual general meeting, dinner and conference has been arranged for the 17th and 18th of June 2024 at the Edwardian Hotel in Manchester.
Our main themes for the event will be the urban realm, vulnerable road users, safe systems and enforcement with a question time panel featuring experts in the role of road safety and road safety audit.
This year’s workshops will include looking at issues for active travel within the urban realm, followed by an urban/public realm based collision investigation exercise.
We are pleased to announce speakers covering vulnerable road users, safe systems, route scoring and mapping and kerbside strategies.
Attendance to the full event; workshop, dinner and conference equates to 12 hours (2 day) road safety continued professional development (minimum required annual CPD for road safety auditors in accordance with standard GG119 Rev 2).
An event programme and further details will be available shortly.
