BYD, a global leader in electric vehicle technology, has revolutionized public transportation with its latest innovation. BYD’s committed to reducing carbon footprints and promoting green mobility worldwide. Innovating state-of-the-art technologies to provide efficient, sustainable, and eco-friendly transportation solutions.
This visit will provide an in-depth look into BYD’s innovative advancements in electric vehicles (EVs), renewable energy solutions, and cutting-edge technology, including the SkyTrain. The tour will also include a comprehensive overview of BYD’s manufacturing processes, research and development facilities, and their commitment to sustainability and environmental stewardship. Attendees will have the opportunity to engage with BYD’s experts, gaining valuable insights into the company’s strategic vision and future projects.
This technical visit is tailored to cater to civil and transport engineers of all levels, including those at various grades.
The technical visit will be limited to 30 participants only on a first come first serve basis and online registration is required. Priority will be given to both CIHT and HKIE members. All successful applicants will be notified by email. Applicants must hold a valid travel permit to the mainland China at the time of the technical visit.
The journey will commence at Fu Tian Checkpoint Gate 2 (mainland side) at 9:00 AM. We will return to the same location at approximately 4:30 PM that afternoon. Light meal will be provided and transportation between Fu Tian Checkpoint and BYD, as well as the travel insurance are included.
