It is a great to be a supporter of International Women in Engineering Day (INWED) which is celebrating its ten-year anniversary this year. INWED promotes the incredible work that female engineers do across the globe while inspiring more women and girls to take up careers as professionals in the highways, transportation and infrastructure sector.
CIHT champions for greater Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) within the sector. Through activities including our CIHT Awards, we celebrate achievements while providing day-to-day best practice and guidance for organisations to attract and retain a progressive workforce
Following the launch of our EDI strategy (Shifting the Dial) in 2022, we are excited to announce that we will shortly launch our new EDI Charter to ensure commitment within the sector becomes meaningful action and that the bar is continually raised.
