The region’s Chair, Ed Downer, welcomed 120 industry colleagues to celebrate the very best the region offers in the highways and transportation industry. The Awards recognise the outstanding contribution that these projects and people make to our daily lives.

Guests were joined by CIHT’s President, Professor Glenn Lyons, together with representatives of CIHT Yorkshire & the Humber, CIHT North East and Cumbria, CIHT North West and ICE.

Following dinner, the winners of the CIHT Yorkshire & the Humber Awards 2024 were announced. The judging panel were impressed with the high calibre of entries throughout, and the competition was very close. 

The committee would like to thank all of the entrants and a special thanks also goes to Tracsis, Waterman Aspen, Brightly Software, and SWECO for sponsoring the awards this year.

Congratulations to all the winners and runners up.

And thank you to all those who donated toward the Chair's nominated charity, MNDA, We raised just over £700 on the evening.
