CIHT will be working with The Fest Hub, Ramboll and with 3 to 4 top level professional football clubs including West Ham, Queens Park Rangers and others in spring 2024 on an innovative programme that uses links to football to raise awareness of STEM careers.

CIHT are looking for members who are based in, or are able to travel to London, to be STEM ambassadors supporting The Fest Hub programme. Activities you can support could include running a bridge building activity, workshops, helping with site visits, football stadium tours and supporting and judging a student design challenge.
The design challenge will be based on the participating football club as clients, and CIHT members will act as advisors to the pupils (along with supporting other activities). For the pilot of this initiative we are working with West Ham football club, but as the program grows, more clubs and schools will be incorporated.
Volunteering opportunities are now available and any support you can offer will be most welcome.
