Assessors, Mentors and Reviewers

CIHT’s Assessors, Mentors and Reviewers are key to the development and delivery of the Institution’s professional qualifications.

As well as supporting CIHT, these roles provide you with excellent CPD as they help develop your technical knowledge and interviewing skills.

To become an Assessor, Mentor or Reviewer you will need to be:

  • A member of CIHT
  • Usually professionally qualified (CEng, IEng, EngTech or CTPP) with experience in industry post qualification
  • Currently active in industry
  • Interested in the training and professional development of engineers and planners
  • Prepared to undergo training relevant to the role.
